How to Recognise Us
As a best practice, we encourage clients to review and verify the email and branding labels to identify if the communication is legitimate. So we have taken the liberty to outline how we will be communicating with you.
There will be three labels to use:
1.General Email Broadcasts and Alerts:
These communications typically come from the admin team.
This is the generic email broadcast you currently see. All general communications will be sent with this banner.
2. Technical Communications
These are usually sent by the Tech Support Team.
This category includes alerts, troubleshooting steps, and general technical information such as how-tos, bulletins, and FAQs. For example, “How to Change Your Password” would fall under this category. All technical communications will be sent with this banner.
3. Alert Notifications and Maintenance
This category is designed to ensure that any issues or required maintenance tasks are promptly communicated to the relevant personnel. It includes real-time alerts, scheduled maintenance reminders, detailed logs, and integration with other systems.
