Recover and Restore Deleted Items in Outlook (New)

Restore Items from Deleted Items or Junk Email Folders


  1. Go to the Deleted Items or Junk Email folder

2. If folders are hidden, click the Show Navigation Pane icon.

3. Select the items you want to restore by checking the box next to each item.

4.On the Home tab, click Move and choose a folder, or drag the items to another folder.

Recover Items No Longer in Deleted Items Folder

  1. Go to the Deleted Items folder and click Recover items deleted from this folder.

2. Select the items you want to restore by checking the box next to each item.

3. On the Home tab, click Restore.

Tip: You can select multiple items or select all messages by checking the box next to Recoverable Items. Then, click Restore.
